Surfer life

Antarctic winds meant we have experienced the most enormous waves on the East Coast.
As a Bronte local I wandered down to the Ocean to capture the power of the water and the attempts by the surfers to ride the waves.
The surfers choose to launch themselves off the edge of the Ocean Pool - with varying success!

They spend ages just watching the sets roll in discussing tactics

enviously watching those already riding the waves
